Foul Water & Below-Ground Drainage layouts

• Drainage layout plans for new builds, extensions and conversions, including connection to mains, manhole details and invert level checks.

Construction-ready structural drawings and annotations

• Integration with architectural layouts.

• Site-friendly details to reduce build risk and ensure compliance.

Beam, column, and frame design

• Baseplates, cleats, stub and moment connections.

• Design support for contractors and steel fabricators.

On-site structural inspections with written reports for building movement, cracks, or defects.

Supporting contractors during the build phase:

• Site inspections and builder queries answered promptly

• Advice on unforeseen structural issues or changes during construction
